Ensuring your hot tub has the ideal, properly-sized cover is essential for maximizing energy efficiency. Hot Tub Wholesale offers a range of covers in Red Deer. tailored to various climates, with four different thickness options available. Our user-friendly ordering system ensures a perfect fit for your hot tub lid every time, guaranteeing convenience and efficiency.
No matter the shape of your hot tub, it's crucial to take measurements directly from the hot tub itself first, and then from your old hot tub cover as a secondary reference. Over time, your old cover may distort or shrink. However, if it still fits well, you can use its measurements for verification after measuring the hot tub. In cases where there's a discrepancy between the hot tub and the old cover measurements, we recommend relying on the measurements from the hot tub. When measuring your hot tub, start by measuring from the outside dimension of the acrylic (also known as lip to lip). Once you have this "lip to lip" measurement, you can add up to 1 inch to both the length and width for your final measurement. This additional inch will provide you with a 1/2 inch of extra space all around your hot tub cover.

with SQUARE corners.
Numerous spa covers feature rounded corners, necessitating the measurement of the corner radius. Measure the corner radius of your tub cover is by employing a carpenter's square. Simply position the square on the corner of your current cover or on the corner of your hot tub.
The measurement is obtained from the inner corner of the carpenter’s square (point A) to the point where it initially contacts the hot tub (point B). This distance (R) represents the radius of the hot tub’s rounded corner.
